BY USING OUR WEBSITES OR BECOMING A CUSTOMER, YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITES OR REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER.

Purity and Grace Inc. owns and operates purityandgrace.com, purityandgrace.biz, purityandgrace.net, purechocolateenergy.com and many other associated websites. The following agreement contains terms and conditions that govern your use, referrals, and purchases of our products or services. This agreement also describes your rights and responsibilities as a user or customer of Purity and Grace.

Purity and Grace Inc. owns and operates Purity and Grace and associated websites and reserves the right to add, delete, and/or modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this website. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to not use Purity and Grace or the associated websites and request cancellation of your customer account. Your continued use of the website, products, and services following posting of a change to this agreement will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.

"Company" or "The Company" refers to Purity and Grace Inc.

    PRODUCTS

    (a) We specialize in providing natural, luxurious, affordable products to our customers. We reserve the right to add, change, and/or remove any of our product offerings at any time.

    (b) When you agree to a one-time payment or auto-delivery on product purchases with your credit card or other payment method, you understand and agree that each purchase for products is subject to our company's refund policy.

    (c) Auto-delivery is an automatic monthly shipment of products that you choose. This can be set up at your request for your convenience to be able to receive selected products on a monthly basis. We will automatically bill your method of payment for you each month on the same day and then automatically send you your purchase.

    (d) You may cancel your auto-delivery at any time by sending us an email to: customercare@purityandgrace.com or by mail at: Purity and Grace Inc, PO Box 295, Hershey PA, 19033. We will not cancel any auto-delivery in any other method of communication, voicemail, social media, etc.

    PRODUCT REFUNDS

    (a) We offer a 30 day refund policy on all products purchased at retail prices. In order to get a refund you must ship us back the entire package that you have received in full resalable condition. No part of the package can be missing, opened, or damaged or you will not be refunded.

    (b) You will receive a refund for items returned in resalable condition, less the original shipping and handling costs incurred by our company to get you the original product and less a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned products.

    (c) We must receive the package back from you within 30 calendar days from the original date of your purchase. Your refund will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the product back.

    PRODUCT PRICING:

    (a) We reserve the right to change the pricing of our products at any time. If we change the pricing of a product that you are being automatically billed for, we will inform you of the change and have you agree to the change in pricing.

    (b) We reserve the right to set and maintain a minimum and maximum sales price on all of our products to protect the value of our brand. All affiliates and re-sellers must respect the pricing of our products.

    CONFIDENTIALITY

    (a) All customer data, including names, addresses, email address, phone numbers, and purchase information is considered confidential.

    (b) We will not use, rent, or sell this information for any purpose other than for the direct benefit of the company and customer in expanding customers, customer purchases and referrals.

    COMPANY NAME, TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, AND PRODUCT NAMES

    (a) You are not authorized to reproduce the Purity & Grace trademarks and logos except where provided directly by the company with prior written consent.

    DISCLAIMER

    (a) All of the information and material on our Company's websites are provided "as is".

    3RD PARTY WEBSITE LINKS

    (a) Our company has not reviewed all of the websites or content that links TO or FROM our websites. Our company is not responsible for and does not implicitly endorse any other websites or their contents, view points, or product or service offerings. If you choose to visit or link to any other website, it is at your own risk. We also reserve the right to refuse any request to link to our websites, in the best interest of our company. Our company reserves the right to link, or remove any link to a website, for any reason, at anytime.

    OUR REVIEWS

    (a) Our Reviews is our way of compiling and sharing real testimonials from people that have tried or regularly use our products and have agreed to give us the rights to display their name, job title, picture, website and other details that we deem appropriate. Our reviews are not promised any compensation in return for their testimonial. Our company reserves the right to change, move, or remove any testimonial, for any reason, at any time.

    (b) By submitting your testimonial, including your picture to our Company, you are agreeing to the following AUTHORIZATION and RELEASE terms:

    I understand my testimonial as outlined above (the "Testimonial") and made on behalf of Purity and Grace Inc. (hereinafter called "The Company") may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting The Company. I authorize The Company to use my name, brief biographical information, and the testimonial as defined in this agreement.

    I hereby irrevocably authorize The Company to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the testimonial for purposes of publicizing The Company, The Company's products or services, or for any other lawful purpose. These statements may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against The Company for the use of the testimonial.

    In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears.

    I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

    AGREEMENT TERMS VIOLATIONS

    (a) Users or customers violating any of the terms of the agreement directly or the spirit of the agreement are subject to a warning or account cancellation at the sole discretion of the company.
